This podcast has provided (and 3 years down the line still does provide) the best support to me of any expat resources I have found. Sundae's advise is practical and can be put into action immediately. It has helped me cope with the culture shock of living in Egypt, my intercultural relationship, dealing with the loss of my old life, reentry blues, making a real life here instead of just existing.... I could go on and on. She also has excellent guests on from time to time who help in specific areas. Her years of experiences and qualifications really shine through, but she still manages to come across friendly, natural and authentic, and I frequently laugh out loud at some of her comments. To be honest Sundae is an outstanding coach for anyone, most of her coaching techniques and resources can be used for general life, not just expats. What really helps though is that she's an expat herself, and also in an intercultural relationship, and freely shares her own stories. It's my favourite podcast and I can't recommend it highly enough, for expats or anyone else who just wants to get a grip on their life.
