Alysia is an embroidery artist based in Canada. Every piece of embroidery she makes is hand drawn and unique and in this episode she talks about how @alysia.stitches came to be. Here’s a hint, a lot of it came down to practicality due to a pretty major life transition and she tells us in more detail in the episode. Spanning her childhood of being raised by a stay at home mum, to art school in Montreal, working with a circus and deciding to go back to school for a specialized experience in something she knows she finds fulfilment in this is a delightful listen about pursuing what makes you happy rather than just sustaining life.
