This chick is BANANAS– just kidding! My girl Britt from the popular blog + Instagram account, The Banana Diaries is on the pod today. This is an interview that I’ve been so pumped for, mainly because Britt is one of the most positive humans I know, and I wanted to share her good vibes with all of you. Britt has gone through some really rough times, and she’s come out not just on top, but out here trying to help others rise from their own muck. She’s recently  re-launched her program that helps women and men who have struggled with food in the past to fall back in love with food, themselves, and their lives again. This episode is full of reminders that mental health is important, that labels are silly, and that going for whatever you want is important, too.
