This is what we call a disappearing episode. We do these to make special announcements or give you a glimpse as to what’s going on behind the scenes.

But first let’s travel back in time.

For about 4 years or so now, I’ve had people emailing me and telling me, I wish you guys would make a career coaching training or career coaching certification because I’m very interested in becoming a career coach but I really don’t want to reinvent the wheel and recreate all the frameworks and processes that already work really well.

These are people who are very interested in adding more Freedom, Flexibility, Travel, Help others, Control of their lives, Do work they love doing. Make a big impact in someone's life. For me personally the first time I thought about career coaching, I knew that I wanted to be around for my kids and that I wanted to help people completely change and improve their lives.

Well at first when we got this feedback we said, thanks so much appreciate that. Thanks for the compliment

Then later as we grew and started hiring and training career coaches we’ve realized a few things. We’ve realized we’ve had a need to get better at training new coaches to meet our very high standards of getting our clients the results they are looking for, I also realized at the same time that no matter how large our company grows, we’re not going to be able to help everyone in the world. This means that we need to help others become career coaches too.

That was almost 2 years ago, and at that same time we started working on what it would take to produce a career coaching certification and training that truly prepares people to help build a practice and help their clients get results.

We’d decided that we didn’t simply want to put another certification out to the world…  Instead….

We started collecting feedback for months on this from many people who are new or aspiring career coaches or want to become a career coach on how to do make this the most valuable program of its kind. We’ve also realized that honestly there’s just not a lot out there specifically for people who really want to become career coaches.

We have already had our first cohort go through the program and not only did we have some incredibly talented people that we got the opportunity to lead them in their journey turning from someone who naturally has people come to them for advice and loves to talk to people about their careers ALL the way into professional career coaches who understand how to get results for their clients

We’ve also found ways to improve the whole experience.

We have just opened it up for new application and will begin the next cohort in May 2019.
