FLOW, also known as the zone, is the mental state of operation in which a person performing an activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment in the process of the activity.
It seems every day you log online you see dozens and dozens of motivational and self-help articles and books. I read these all the time and to be honest....a lot of them are just plain wrong.
Self-development is a tricky subject because we are all different. Which is why this one trick/hack/tip is so useful, it applies to all of us listening.
