I think we first have to understand that we truly are made in His image. That miracles aren’t just for the people in the Bible we read about. He created and equipped us to do those things too.
We just have to believe and trust Him first.
God has already planted seeds of dreams in us as a child, but sometimes we let society and other people’s thinking into our heads and hearts too soon.
There’s a reason He talks to us frequently about who we are through the Bible.
So you can’t based who you are according to those who follow you but rather on the one you follow, who is Jesus Christ.
So take Him at His Word!
“If you love me, keep my commands. And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever— the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you. I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you.
On that day you will realize that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you. Whoever has my commands and keeps them is the one who loves me. The one who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love them and show myself to them.”
John 14:15-18, 20-21
