Most people say they don't have enough time.
Roy asks this, and Alexis said it's both. And it's how to use it!
Ambitious people will all die with a big long list of what they wanted to do.
Alexis shifted her language. She speaks to priority.
Energy shifts. "Knowing yourself is very important" even to what time are you more functional? Some are in the morning, some are in the evening.
"I like to think of myself that I am a very driven lazy person". We think many people could relate to that.
Roy asks about multitasking. Alexis said it's a myth we've all been sold. It can deplete energy and to get things done and decreases productivity by 40%.
This is a very intriguing podcast. Points that many of us would not think about when we do about productivity and time management.
Alexis' one piece of advice for productivity is not to rely on our memory. It creates anxiety. And to stop notifications.
