Women have always played a role in the workplace. But that role has changed over time and within different cultures. Today, workplace concerns have become, social, political, and even legal. So what about biblical? Today on Moneywise, Rob West and Steve Moore take a brief look at gender issues in the workplace. Next, they answer your questions at (800) 525-7000 and questions@moneywise.org about the following:

- We have a 1988 Toyota that just died on us. My husband and I are both over 70 and living on Social Security. We have access to another car, but it needs repairs as well. Whats the best option for us?
-I have 17 month boy. He has a 529 Plan already set up for him. When he receives money from family, should we put it in the 529? Or is there a better place to put it for him?
-My wife and I are college campus ministers. Our rent is going up, and it will be more than 50% of our take home pay. Should we look at other options to rent? Or should we buy?
