Present-day young individuals find themselves inadequately prepared for the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead. Our culture, characterised by its rapid pace and technology-driven nature, is undergoing constant transformation, mirroring the shifts in our economy. 

This generation boasts unparalleled access to information, yet their ability to translate this wealth of knowledge into innovative ideas and sound decisions is noticeably underdeveloped. In essence, the skills that truly matter are lacking among today's youth, all in the pursuit of igniting their passion for each new day.
