In this episode I talk about how hanging on to the hurt from the past is doing you no good and it's time to let it go. When we hang on to all the pain and hurt all it does is poison our hearts and soul! You have to take the lessons from the past, apply them to your life today and move on. You'll never have happiness and peace until you let go of the pain.
