After a period of calm around the coronavirus pandemic in Australia, two states have been thrown into uncertainty after the virus leaked into the community again.

The new outbreaks have been linked back to hospitals where COVID-19 patients are being treated and spread by un-vaccinated health care workers prompting criticism of Australia’s vaccine rollout which is already well behind schedule.
