My inaugural solo podcast! Recorded while we're all in lockdown, I was inspired to jump on and share an introduction to nourishing foods at this time. Partly as I had prepared for a talk local online support group and had my notes ready and partly because it has been harder for me to get free time to record with others. However I found a moment. I'm hoping to jump on and do more about this topic, home herbalism, the pillars of postpartum care etc.

I discuss:

- A short intro about me, my passion for traditional postpartum care and background studies

- The pillars of traditional postpartum care

- Weston A Price and the Wise Traditions Philosophy

- Key nutrient dense foods and some key vitamins

- A basic run-down of how to make bone broth

- A list of just some of the common postpartum foods found in various cultures

This is really just scratching the surface. I hope you enjoy!
