In every single relationship - there are 6 distinct phases we move through and it's important to recognise each stage as totally natural and normal.

Every phase has a purpose, necessary challenges and a gift so long as we embrace the phase of the cycle we're in consciously.

The problem is - for most of us, in all phases, we approach the phase we're in unconsciously. And in most of the phases, we also make ourselves wrong for being there.
