Hello, and welcome to Jason newland.com. My name is Jason Newland, this is relaxation, hypnosis for stress, anxiety and panic attacks.
That's going to be a sleep relaxation session. So it can be whatever you want it to be, if that makes sense. So if you're just looking, if you just want it to be a relaxation session, then my suggestion would be to set an alarm or something to wake you up in the event of you falling asleep, there will be two versions, one with me talking about music. And one a longer version with me saying the same things but with background music by the wonderful Kevin MacLeod. So that might suit so I would, you know, I've been I've done relaxation sessions in the past listened, I mean, and had no intention of going to sleep. You know, I've listened to relaxation sessions, first thing in the morning in the past, gosh, shortly after he got out of bed. So you know, it's it's worth, you know, maybe setting an alarm, because this is going to be very, very, very variable, which is supposed to be yet at the same time stimulating as it reaches those parts of your mind that produce the chemicals spread for your body which instigates sleep. And let's face it, deep relaxation is the precursor of falling asleep. There's not a huge gap between feeling completely relaxed physically and mentally, to then cross that little bridge over to being asleep. So this will be shared across a few of my different podcasts. Because I have an audience for the relaxation, stress stuff. And also I've got a big audience for the people, a large part of my audience for the sleep recordings. So this will hopefully be useful for everyone. I should get on with everybody. Should I get on with it, Jason? Okay, well. So I'd like you to get yourself comfortable. And if nothing else, you get nothing else out of these recordings. I'd like you just to get in touch with the idea that
you deserve. To be comfortable it is. to be happy, you deserve to feel relaxed. You've earned that right? By being born. It's your birthright to feel relaxed, to feel calm. You've earned it and you deserve it. And it's within you wherever you go, the ability to relax is within you all the time.
It's not always applicable, of course. So you know if you run in for a bus, perhaps feeling relaxed isn't what you want at that time. Or if you need to feel wide awake and alert. You can also feel relaxed at the same time. It's a special kind of feeling to have the alertness during the day or also to feel completely at peace. So This is more for that time when you just lay down and relax, and is no one else around, maybe understand some people may be sitting in a comfortable chair, make sure that that chair supports your body in the event of you falling asleep. And of course, you may be sitting up in your bed as well. I'm just going to talk as if everybody's laying down.
But it's not really that important. I simple important thing is that you're comfortable. Which means you can change the position of your body at any time.
In fact, if you have the feel, you need to stand up for a couple of few seconds and then lay down again and do that doesn't matter, there's no rules. That's the good thing about this. Recording has no rules other than for you to be safe, to feel safe. And to be kind to yourself. Which means doing what you need to do to feel comfortable.
Now like you to gain touch of how you feel right now, as you listen to my voice. If you are a regular listener to me, you may find that there's a familiar feeling to x perience. Second, the press the play button on this recording, in fact, the maybe a feeling that you have just thinking about listening to my voice
and that feeling of comfort, safety, security. Almost a protected feeling of relaxation, sleepiness. Even though that's connected maybe to my voice, to you playing this recording to this podcast, maybe to my website, wherever outward stuff there is, it all comes from within you. you produce these feelings of safety. These feelings of comfort, you produce the feelings of relaxation, you produce those feelings of sleepiness, that spread for your body.
All comes from within you. Which means you're pretty amazing. And really, when you think about it.
The fact that you can produce incredibly wonderful feelings of comfort yourself for yourself. means that if it's there, and it's always available, then it's easier to retrieve. In fact, I would say that possibly. These feelings of comfort and sleepiness surrounded by that protective force of safety can be felt instantly. Just by pressing the play button just by putting your finger on the Play button, the record level. Maybe you've got voice controlled recorder where you say play activates and opens up the feeling the activates sense of comfort and that familiar feeling of safety that is there. When that safety's always present it means that you can easily let go everything you can easily just breathe in and breathe out. Like there's a real freedom connected to that sensation of allowing yourself to relax completely. And to enjoy the safety of letting go everything sorry, the irony thing left to happen really is feel mind to drift your mind to drift into different sense of comfort. As he crosses that bridge nine at the other end of that short, safe bridge. You went to the world of sleep, say healing sleep. bridge has always been there. And it's if you look at as you can see, it's very warm. Very warm, very used. Yet in destructively strong. They'll be there forever and it has been there forever. You can cross over and sleep crossing that bridge to just drift the way for however long you choose to dream. It's not just the dream in the occurs when you're asleep
is so much more than happens. Your body heals itself. Your blood moves that healing energy or those healing chemicals in your brain move into every part of your body. Included in that feeling is a sense of D D, slate and comfort is every part of your body heals deeply and gets renewed for the coming day. Feels nice just the idea of the idea. The fact that your body heals, deeply heals not just when you're awake but even deeper when you sleep because you're not using any of your body really when you asleep fairly still and solid tree and just any parts of your body, legs, hands or feet. Any of us can all heal deeply any bruises or cuts or abrasions, anything and just very deeply in those parts your body may or may have been problematic previously to you decide to allow this safety to surround your body keeping the healing energy in side that bubble of safety spreading through body and into mind. filling up your brain this healing energy filled with sleepiness completely, utterly relaxed. You may struggle to although every word I say that's okay because the hearing continues automatically all the time. Your body and mind is healing as well as your brain creating more neural networks so that your brain can learn even quicker. memory can be so good remembering the positive things in your mind with positive thoughts. Not just happy memories from the past but also future happy memories that haven't even happened yet. But you know that they will. So why wait to the future to enjoy those happy memories that will occur when you can start to enjoy them right now, right now mind 10 years to 10 years to count from 10 down to one every number here Feeling sleepiness mixed with the pleasure those happy memories from the future that haven't happened yet. You can enjoy now. Also next with deep relaxation becoming twice as enjoyable twice is sleeping with every number you hear me say drifting even with every number you may decide just drift on was listening to my voice you may just hey hey.....CONTINUE READING :
