Making the coffee will be the term used for any non-regular task or duties that many CEO types might consider "below them" but employees might have a different opinion. Most people can think of a boss who was willing to do anything and everything and also a boss that would never consider such things. Which boss is the right boss, and how can a modern CEO balance these two opposing concepts.
