In the second installment of our continuing series on the Mirror Universe, we talk about the Star Trek: Discovery first season episodes "Into the Forest I Go", "Despite Yourself", "The Wolf Inside", "Vaulting Ambition", and "What's Past is Prologue".
Welcome to the first installment of our Mirror Chronicles, where we will discuss the Star Trek episodes dealing with the ever popular Mirror Universe. We begin with the first chronological episodes, the two-part "In a Mirror, Darkly" from Star Trek: Enterprise season 4.
We're back at it to talk about the imperfect follow-up to Wrath of Khan- Star Trek III: The Search for Spock. Teaming up with wonderful Paul Hart of Movies From the Hart is always a joy, and David definitely is dead in this one!
Now that both Lower Decks and Disco have finished their first and third seasons, respectively, we decided to talk more holistically about said seasons. We rate the seasons overall, as well as speculate what future seasons may entail. Join us in putting these seasons to bed.
And here we are, the finale of Star Trek: Discovery season 3. Ensign Steve and #1 Neil discuss the end of the journey of currently airing new Trek with this week's episode, "That Hope is You, Part 2". But don't worry- we're just getting started!
Buckle up for a long one as Steven and Neil talk about the penultimate episode of Star Trek: Discovery's third season, "There is a Tide.." What tide that is, we don't know, but we get into some philosophical examinations of what the Federation stands for, and what it means to be a fan of an ever-changing franchise.
In this episode, Steven and Neil discuss Star Trek: Discovery's 11th episode of season three- "Su'Kal". And let's be honest here- if you've seen the episode, you probably know how we felt about it because you're probably thinking the same damn thing.
In this one we discuss the gripping conclusion to this two-part foray into the Mirror Universe, ranging from such topics as Star Trek: Discovery's 10th episode of season three to the new miniseries adaptation of Stephen King's The Stand (also on CBS All-Access). Yeah. Good times. Also want to give a shout out to our vocal contributors Angela Squire and Dan Ramirez for providing us with their dulcet tones.
We had the pleasure of chatting with the amazing Ryn himself- Noah Averbach-Katz from Star Trek: Discovery season 3! An absolute delight of a human, and full of fun stories and insights. Check out the charity work he does and donate: Also, give him a follow on Twitter: @N_A_K
Your favorite guys are back to talk about Star Trek: Discovery's newest entry into season 3- "Terra Firma, Part 1". We speculate about next week's episode, and we talk about our feelings on Disco's Mirror Universe in general.
We're back with our regularly scheduled episode! In this one we discuss Star Trek: Discovery's eight episode of season 3- "The Sanctuary". There might be more disagreement than usual in this one, but you'll have to tune in to find out.
We're changing things up a bit this time and we're doing a deep dive on a film that many consider to be the pinnacle of all Star Trek Films. That's right, we talk Wrath of Khan! And we're not alone- this is our first Crossover Spectacular with Movies From the Hart! So come on into the private screening room and join us for the ride.
Here is the long anticipated third part of the famed Unification trilogy, finally brought to its conclusion in episode 7 of Star Trek: Discovery's 3rd season. Right. So, the boys discuss the episode and vent some ongoing frustrations whilst Ensign Steve takes some well-deserved victory laps for some of his predictions. Enjoy!
The boys discuss Star Trek: Discovery's sixth episode of season 3- "Scavengers". It's a bit shorter than the usual meandering BS you get subjected to every week. Enjoy!
Ensign Steve and Number One Neil talk about the fifth episode of Star Trek: Discovery's season 3- "Die Trying". There's also a pretty fascinating discussion about mixed nuts- you don't want to miss it!
In this episode the boys talk about Star Trek: Discovery season 3's fourth episode- "Forget Me Not". They also talk about a recent event and the power of healing. Good times.
In this super-sized episode we talk with our first guest, the one and only Captain Rebekah Dahling of the Picardcast, about Star Trek: Discovery's third episode of season 3- "People of Earth". We obviously have much to say about a whole host (ahem) of topics, and we get into some really interesting discussions.
In this episode, Steven and Neil break down the second episode of Star Trek: Discovery's third season, "Far From Home". They talk about other stuff, too. Like always. Enjoy!
We boldly go on to talk about the Season 3 premiere of Star Trek: Discovery, "That Hope is You, Part 1", and as usual we go on tangents and spend much of this week's episode talking about other things besides the season premiere.
We've completed our journey through season one of Star Trek: Lower Decks, so here we are recapping the final two episodes- "Crisis Point" and "No Small Parts"
The boys talk about episodes 7 and 8 of Star Trek: Lower Decks, and Steven surprises Neil with a message from a new friend of the show.
The boys talk about episodes 5 and 6 of Star Trek: Lower Decks. Laughs are had, and joy abounds.
Steven and Neil talk about the virtual panels we were gifted for Star Trek Day. We tried to keep it short, but as usual that's not quite what happened.
In our second episode we talk about buffet strategies, also episodes 3 and 4 of Star Trek: Lower Decks- "Temporal Edict" and "Moist Vessel".
In our very first episode, Steven and Neil talk about their introductions to Star Trek and the first two episodes of Star Trek: Lower Decks, "Second Contact" and "Envoys"
