A little rant that may resonate with you. How much effort do you put into being noticed. STOP. You are enough. The struggle to get attention through social media has created not only a FOMO but tremendous sadness and insecurities that are driving us away from those who really matter - in many cases. I do generalize a bit in this episode and sorry for that. Be with those who are important to you, not the 1000's that are trying to focus on way to much and lose themselves in the process.
