In all conflict, one thing to remember, most people are just doing what they believe they need to do; however, when dealing with those 10% who are high conflict and may have a personality disorder, things are very different and reasonable behaviours may not work.  I discuss a bit about Bill Eddy's work and mix in some information I have learned from other podcasts as it relates to divorce and custody issues.
