These guys love brewing clean fermented, continental ales and lagers, but they bring us some big surprises! They've got some big brewery process chops that they use in their brew house that gives them a unique perspective on craft beer. But what sets them apart is their attention to detail and their combination of viticulture and brewing science to create craft beer that defies its own category.We are also joined by one of our favorite homebrew guru's, Gary Glass, to talk to us about this year's HomebrewCon in Providence, RI.
