When it comes to having a growth mindset, what happens to us is our ability to see opportunity is stronger, our ability to remain optimistic is more likely and our ability to overcome any adversity is realized.

There is an old video called The Double Rainbow that was uploaded over 10 years ago, and in it a man witnesses a double rainbow in Yosemite. The absolute JOY in his voice lets us hear what it feels like to experience that long-lasting feeling - and it is triggered by his surroundings.

We all need a Double Rainbow kind of lens in our lives.
