Think about the times where you've driven to work, or the grocery store, and can't remember how you got there.
Or how about walking into a room and stopping because you can't remember why you are there.

We run on auto-pilot when we aren't aware of our actions, which means we can't take action on purpose.

And this is a BIG DEAL.

If you are in a place right now that you aren't happy with, it means that you've let decisions happen on auto-pilot and these decisions (or lack thereof) have lead you to the people, places, and things that you have in front of you right now.

The best news? Once you become aware of everything, you are able to make decisions confidently, and begin to CHOOSE the direction you want your life to go.

And the more you practice making purposeful decisions, the higher your confidence goes!
