How many times have you been ghosted by someone you were genuinely interested in? You thought everything was going great then BOOM they stop texting you back or answering your calls. And you're left wondering what went wrong. So you move on, you find other people and then all of a sudden they are back blowing up your inbox as if nothing happened. That probably annoys the crap out of you right? Then why are you doing that to your email list? Getting them all hyped up with what you'll have to offer then ghosting them for months only to pop in later to talk about your new shiny project. They are probably just as annoyed.

And yes I just compared dating to your email list because someone giving you their email these days is just as big as giving someone your phone number.
