This includes all of the information you take in on a daily basis whether that’s from a news article, a conversation you overheard, or a Facebook post from one of your friends.

They also talk about some of the ways that they personally deal with these issues, and they go over some basic strategies on how you can get better at filtering through the massive amount of information you are bombarded with on a daily basis.
