No = respect. That’s right, I said it. Sometimes you need to say no, out of respect for the person asking and out of respect for yourself. It is time to start saying no to the things that don't fulfill you and don’t bring you joy AND be okay with that no. 

This episode is a permission slip to say no. Say no to the things that don’t excite you. Say no to the things that you don't have time for. Say no to things just to please the people around you. It is OKAY to say no so that you can be at your best and thrive in your business.
