Today I want to talk about "being real."   I feel like there is so much shit out there right now - there are so many people saying that they're being real but it's hard to believe that they're actually being REAL. It's a trigger for me and I can easily fall into comparison mode, which is a huge energy suck for me.   Also, I've been really tired lately of feeling like I need to be available 24/7. Like I need to be reachable by anyone at anytime. Like I need to stop what I'm doing with my kids to answer a call or text ... and that's not ok with me anymore.   That's why I have decided to take a break and delete all of my social media apps from my phone.
