The mind is a beautiful and complex thing. I have always been immensely interested by it. It moves us and predicts our lives in a way. Today we’re talking about the unconscious mind. The way we treat it, love it and train it is so incredibly valuable. 

Kelsey Padigos teaches us all about the wonders of the unconscious and hypnotherapy. Maybe you used to think that hypnotising someone is a way to make them do whatever you want. It couldn’t be further from the truth. Kelsey explains that we all experience hypnotic states, daily even! YES!  So cool because we can use it as a tool to connect with the unconscious and break through limiting beliefs and emotions. 

She also explains how we can attract more love, joy, abundance and all the goodies into our lives, explains why some vision boards work and other don’t and gives an honest perspective on how to treat our minds best to feel our best. Honestly you guys, my last google search is ‘ Hypnotherapist Amsterdam’.  This episode got me so excited and I can’t wait to try it myself! How do you feel about it?
