This section starts with a nice stay at the Feist Creek Falls Resort in northern Idaho, and includes visiting friends in Sand Point, challenging bushwhacking and scrambles in the Selkirk Mountains with spectacular views and lake swims with trail buddies. Calzone talks about finding more emotional well-being during this stretch as she heads into Washington!
