The UK Government fail to respect the fact that the people of Scotland voted to remain within the EU in 2016. During the Scottish Independence referendum in 2014, the people of Scotland were told the only way our EU right could be protected was to vote 'No' to independence. Added to the above, the UK Prime Minister is itching to scrap the Human Rights Act.
