When we got stay-home orders and the online space overflowed with voices offering support, my own voice felt the need to go SILENT.
And so did Empowerment Coach Shawnrey Notto’s.
For fifteen years, Shawnrey has used her roles as coach, speaker, professional dancer-choroegrapher, yoga instructor, emcee, and facilitator to create transformative experiences where women discover gifts and power they never thought they had, or thought they had lost forever.
Her love is helping leaders tap into their sensual selves to be more embodied.
She could have judged that feeling or felt guilty. (I certainly did.) But she used her own work and connection to her message to give herself introvert time to come back to herself.
Listen in to hear Shawnrey’s story.
This is the first of a new #HowIMessenger podcast series. It’s my hope that hearing how other Messengers are coping with what’s going on and how it’s affecting them using their voices will help YOU stop beating yourself up and remain inspired, empowered to take action, and not feeling alone.
What’s your struggle or celebration with using your voice during these uncertain times? Let me know in the comments over on Instagram.
Warmth,
Adria
