On this episode, this week’s guest is Dan (@bigfatlifepodcast). Dan is a podcaster for the show, Big Fat Life Podcast. Dan and his podcast gained a lot of traction in the second half of 2019 and I started hearing about this podcast called "Big Fat Life". I had know clue who Dan was but his name and his podcast kept getting mentioned in several stories of other people that I follow on Instagram. I listened to it and I was really intrigued by how polished the show was. His interview style was to the point and he was a professional at getting people to share their stories of weight loss. After hearing several episodes, I reached out to him to find out his story and just a little more about him. After the conversation, I found that we had a lot more in common than I realized and the conversation was awesome. I hope you guys enjoy my conversation with Dan. On this episode, this week’s guest is Kyleigh (@kyleighlosesit). I’ve talked with Kyleigh a few times in DMs before this conversation but something about her always impressed me. She’s worked hard on her weight loss journey and she’s also not afraid of lifting heavy weights in the gym. I was excited to talk to her and figure out what makes her tick. I’m excited for what she has planned in the future and I’m happy to call her a friend! If you want to connect with Kyleigh , you can follow her on Instagram, ( https://www.instagram.com/kyleighlosesit).  Be sure to subscribe to the podcast to get all future goodness of this show. Talking things out is therapeutic. Going back to where I started and sharing more about my headspace in regards to weight loss and my relationship with food. Hopefully, this helps me and maybe someone else too.

On this episode, this week’s guest is Fatima (@fallviigetupviii). I came across Fatima's Instagram page through several other mutual friends and we began talking through DMs. I admired her for her weight loss journey as at the time of this podcast, she has lost just over 100 lbs. As well as her weight loss, Fatima is a runner, a resident Texan and a lover of food. I wanted to get her on the podcast to discuss her background, her weight loss journey, running and what she has coming up next in her journey. I had a lot of fun getting to know Fatima a little more. Even with Skype issues during this episode, I really enjoyed talking with her. I hope you enjoy this wide ranging conversation with Fatima. On this episode, this week’s guest is Jodie (@losingmoreof_jodie). Jodie is one person that I've met recently through Daryl Perry's #YLFCommunity and I instantly connected with what she's all about. Jodie holds nothing back on her Instagram page about her weight loss, her mental health or her personal development journey. In this episode, we talk a lot about where Jodie has come from, her mental health, her weight loss story as well as why she’s an pursuer of being better just a little bit every single day. I had a lot of fun recording this episode with Jodie and I hope you enjoy it as well. On this episode, this week’s guest is Jaclyn (@halfofjaclyn).  Jaclyn is a new friend from Instagram over the past couple of months. I was introduced to her by past guests Jack (http://www.instagram.com/jackattack9182) & Amanda (http://www.instagram.com/mutts_and_miles). I didn't know much about Jaclyn's past before this episode but I was intrigued by her love of the outdoors and adventure. Also, she takes gorgeous photos of nature and I'm insanely jealous.  Jaclyn really opens up on this episode. We, of course, talk about her weight loss journey but we also talk a lot about her love for athletics and academics and why she puts her all into anything she does. I had a lot of fun talking to Jaclyn and I hope to have her back on the podcast again soon to discuss more topics. I've been trying to get her on the podcast for months and then she hits me up one day and says she's ready to do the podcast. I'm glad she did. In the episode, we dive into her past, her weight loss journey and her new found mindset going into 2020. On this episode, this week’s guest is Andie (@cartwheel_ac). I became aware of Andie after listening to a podcast that she did with my coach, Daryl Perry. You can listen to that episode here. She was saying things that I absolutely believed in and I was completely into the whole episode with a smile on my face. She gets it. She knows the ins and outs of a healthy lifestyle and she's proving it every day.  Andie is a coach, a mom and an all around badass! I was excited to bring her on the podcast and just pick her brain. I wanted to know what makes her tick and in this episode, you find out why Andie pursues progress. This makes me a fan. I love people who just know what they want and go after it. I can't say much about Andie without putting a smile on my face. She's a rockstar. She loves fitness. She loves being a strong woman and she's putting in the work to show others that they can be strong as well.   I hope you all enjoy this thorough conversation. But from the few interactions we've had through DMs plus spending some time talking on the podcast, he's definitely a person that I like having in my corner. He's fought off a lot of struggles and has progressed through it all with positivity and love for a better life for himself as well as his family. On this episode, this week’s guest is Amber (@dietzdiaries).  Amber is one of my favorite people on Instagram. She does what she wants and doesn't apologize for it. I love people who grab life and live it to the fullest and Amber is definitely a great example of that. I met her at last year's Flying Pig event and really became great friends with her over the past few months after the race. Amber's story is a wild one and I hope you all enjoy this thorough conversation.  If you want to connect with Amber, you can follow her on Instagram, ( http://www.instagram.com/dietzdiaries).  Be sure to subscribe to the podcast to get all future goodness of this show. On this episode, this week’s guest is Emily (@emisthebiggestloser) .    If I had one word to describe Emily, it would be determined. Emily is one of the toughest women that I know. She has a heart of gold. She's funny and she knows how to balance the seriousness of life with just a little humor. She's a runner who has just jumped headfirst into the sport.
