A snippet of my chat with Hemi Chase early 2020, back when times were a little less complicated!

It's been incredible to see his journey and transformation over these last 12 months.

Watching him lean in and embrace the more vulnerable parts of his persona, and I'm truly honoured with the time that Hemi gifted to me for this chat.

"There is a lot of power in being vulnerable, being in a position and realising and accepting that you can't do everything yourself.

That you need help that you need to depend on other people.

And it's absolutely so refreshing, so rewarding when you're able to get to that point where you accept that you can't do everything.

And to acknowledge that someone else is better at this than you are, so that's a little bit of the death of the ego and depending on other people to help you.

You know people have different skills, different strength, different talents and they help me in some aspects of my life, where I can help them in the other aspects of their life."
