This week we are talking about YOUR parents. How was your relationship with your parents? Did you have a parent or guardian growing up, and did you enjoy your relationship with them?

Our parents can be the biggest sources of pain for us in our lives, and they often are. So much of our wounding, anger, anxiety, etc. all stems from our childhood and how we were raised.

So many go through life wishing their parents/guardians could be different. When we hold this mindset, we foster the negative feelings we have towards our parents, while keeping our painful wounds still very much alive.

If this is you, I want to offer you freedom and healing through our discussion in this episode. We cannot change our parents, but when we move into a place of acceptance, knowing that our parents did the very best they could (and do the very best they can now), we allow ourselves to heal while creating more space in our hearts and BEings, for love and ultimate healing.
