In this episode, I am reflecting on the powerful period of change we’re experiencing right now and how to go with the flow. 🍃

Even though it isn’t always comfortable or welcome, change is necessary for our personal growth.

Though we don’t always understand the reason behind the changes we experience, hindsight can often bring clarity and help illuminate the bigger picture. 🕯️

To begin embracing (rather than resisting) change, it all comes down to shifting your perspective so that your mind, body, and spirit align.

Remember that change is an opportunity for your personal growth! 🌞 And how you respond to the situation sets your intent and manifests your experience.

Become body aware, sense, and release the area(s) of tension. Calming words and visualizations can be helpful!

Use a mantra of gratitude that aligns with your intent to confidently tell the universe you know your needs are being taken care of. (Ex: “Thank you for always taking care of me.”)

Change is your moment of choice. Expand your mind, calm your body, and align with a spirit of gratitude to rise above your resistance and embrace the change!
