Ok, here’s an episode that’s very different to anything I've previously done for you guys.

Jema Lee is a period coach, menstrual cycle educator & speaker, she’s trained with leading experts in women’s health, Ayurveda, ancestral health, the energetic body, coaching and personal development, facilitating intimate retreats and workshops, and speaking at conferences, schools and corporate events across the world. Jema created and runs The Well Woman Academy where she teaches, coaches, supports and mentors women from all over the world on how to reconnect with their bodies.

We don’t just discuss women's health, we dive into many areas of all health and wellbeing and it’s fun!

Like menstrual cycles and how important it is to track these for women and how empowering it is for men to have this knowledge to help improve EVERY relationship with females in our life whether it’s our mother, daughter, friends, partner, sister or colleague.

-How to become aware of how your food choices are impacting your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

-Why it’s important to prioritise your health and wellbeing when you’re a busy go-getter like most of us are.

-Where to start on this confusing journey to improve your overall wellbeing.

-And of course understanding menstrual cycles in relation to communication differences, nutritional requirements, physical movement, sexual desires, masculine and feminine energy and much more.

I’m all about changing the way we look at things so the things we look at change. Opening our awareness, deepening our consciousness and expanding our impact in the world and this paella of an episode definitely aligns with this.
