A.C. Valdez is an audio producer and editor. Currently, he is Senior Supervising Producer for the NPR show "1A." Previously, Valdez was a producer for The Atlantic, where he produced the "Radio Atlantic" podcast and edited the podcasts "How to Build a Happy Life" and "How to Start Over." Before that, he edited the Guns & America collaborative reporting project at WAMU. Before that, he produced for the Panoply podcast network, where he produced "About Race," and was founding producer of "The Ezra Klein Show" and "The Weeds." Before that, he produced the podcast "Chris Guillebeau’s Side Hustle School."
