Agnese is an Italian lawyer with a focus on international criminal law and the Palestine situation at the International Criminal Court. She trained as an intern at the European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights ("ECCHR") in Berlin, and has worked for the International Criminal Court in The Hague, the Netherlands. Agnese works at the European Legal Support Center ("ELSC"), a Non-Governmental Organization committed to the protection and enhancement of the fundamental rights of individuals, groups and organizations part of the Palestine solidarity movement in Europe. At the ELSC, she develops legal and advocacy strategies to combat the shrinking of civic space for human rights defenders in Europe.
