Ahmed al-Alaqra (أحمد الأقرع) is a multidisciplinary artist, curator and researcher whose work explores the aesthetics of power embedded within social and political structures. In his work, Ahmed seeks to look at the foundations, and dynamics that give rise to these aesthetic phenomena. Alaqra studied architecture at Birzeit University and Edinburgh University and on Architecture and Anthropology of space at Université Paris Diderot VII at the PhD level.
