Alec Hester is a Research Assistant for Westat, working on the Behavioral Health & Health Policy team. He uses insight gained from UCF Sociology degree, with a concentration in Positive Psychology (Happiness Science). He was a Former Cast Member of the Walt Disney Company, including working in Survey Management within the Consumer Insight team, Communication & Data Entry within Disney's Operations Command Center, and Training, Facilitation, & Park Operations.
