Alice Fordham is a former journalist and producer. Currently, she is the Government Relations Coordinator for the New Mexico Department of Health. Fordham has spent most of the last decade reporting from the Middle East and Africa. From 2014, she was a correspondent for NPR, producing most of the organization's coverage of Syria and Iraq, primarily on the front lines of wars. She also worked as a podcast producer for The Economist.
