Ariel Sabar is an author and freelance journalist. His first book, "My Father's Paradise: A Son's Search for his Jewish Past in Kurdish Iraq," was published in 2008. His second book, "Heart of the City: Nine Stories of Love and Serendipity on the Streets of New York," was published in 2012. His third book, "Veritas: A Harvard Professor, a Con Man and the Gospel of Jesus's Wife," was published in 2020.
