Baher Azmy is a Constitutional lawyer and professor of law at Seton Hall University. He is the Legal Director of the Center of Constitutional Rights.
Azmy clerked for Dolores K. Sloviter, Chief Judge of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia. In 2005, he started working at the Center for Constitutional Rights, and was the lawyer for Guantanamo captive Murat Kurnaz.
Azmy received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, his M.P.A. from Columbia University, and his J.D. from New York University School of Law.
