Barry Moton is a Jazz Vocalist living in Washington, DC. He originally hails from Peoria, IL. He went to school at Southern Illinois University, studying with acclaimed jazz pianist Reggie Thomas and Theatre Goddess Kathryn Bentley. His previous credits include singing at the Mid-Atlantic Jazz Festival. He was recently featured in the newly created musical about Langston Hughes entitled I, Too Sing America. He has shared the stage with legendary artists like Cyrus Chestnut, Vanessa Rubin, the late Roy Hargrove, and Jessica Boykin-Settles.
