Bernhard Warner is a writer and journalist. Currently, he is a Senior Editor for The New York Times.
Previously, Warner was senior writer and editor at Fortune, focusing on business, the economy and the markets. His work has appeared in The Guardian’s Long Read, Reuters, The Atlantic, The Boston Globe, Slate’s The Big Money, Bloomberg BusinessWeek, Wired, and Inc. writing on topics ranging from bond issuances to bus bombings to the hacking of the Papal conclave.
Warner co-produced two short documentary films, “Maisha,” and “Mahila,”.
Warner began his career in journalism in 1990s at The New Brunswick Home News, writing obits and covering the police beat. He later reported on the rise and fall of the first dot-com boom for Adweek and The Industry Standard.
