Beth Howard is Appalachia Peoples Union Director for Showing Up for Racial Justice. She grew up in a rural white working-class community in Eastern Kentucky and has long organized in the American South. Beth lead winning campaigns to raise minimum wage, restore voting rights, and win treatment programs for incarcerated people. She created the viral "Rednecks for Black Lives."
