Boris Reitschuster is a journalist, author, translator, and specialist on Russia. For 16 years, Reitschuster led the Moscow office of German news magazine FOCUS. Reitschuster has been criticised as being a "right-wing extremism propagandist." He has written for Washington Post, The Guardian, Frankfurter Allgemeine, Wiener Zeitung and Münchner Merkur, among others. Reitschuster also hosts a show on the Russian-language German television station OstWest-TV. He teaches at Institut für internationale Politik und Wirtschaft Haus Rissen in Hamburg.
