Brian has been through a lot. From putting himself through trade school and making it, despite what others thought; to windup getting among other issues cvs (Brian is not speaking about the chain store) as well. To Brian's credit his ideas has been referenced as otherworldly from time to time; as well as their are times he can see things differently than most people. Brian also believes in giving opportunities where they are earned and sometimes even fought for. In addition that respect is much the same way, as a privilege. You can earn respect although you can loose it way faster. As for a piece of advice that Brian has received, it applies to any skill. Keep practicing what you learn otherwise you might forget.
