Brooke Birtcher Gustafson is a fifth generation Birtcher and the current President of Birtcher Development. She began working for the family firm in 2007 and is experienced in Development, Entitlement, Sourcing Acquisitions, Financial Underwriting and Structuring, Leasing, Property & Asset Management, Marketing, and Market Research. In 2017, Gustafson was a California region recipient of the Next Generation Award, which recognizes young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to become influential for years to come. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California and earned her MBA from the University of California, Irvine. Birtcher Development LLC has received several noteworthy recognitions over the years, including National Association of Industrial and Office Properties’ “Real Estate Developer of the Year,” and Southern California Property Owner’s Association’s “Developer of the Year.” The company also was named Orange County Business Journal’s “Family Business of the Year.” Recently, Gustafson received Connect Media’s Next Generation Award.
