Camila Osorio is a journalist currently working for The New Yorker. Before that, she reported for the Latin American News Dispatch. Before moving to the U.S., she worked for the political news website La Silla Vacía in Bogotá Colombia. Her work has appeared in WNYC, africasacountry.com, and Feet in 2 Worlds. She has a bachelors degree in Political Science from the Universidad de Los Andes in Colombia, and an M.A. in Sociology from The New School for Social Research in New York.
