Dr. Carina Venter, RD, is a dietician who specializes in food allergies. She is an Associate Professor of Pediatric Allergy and Immunology at the University of Colorado. Venter's research and practice is focused on the prevention, diagnosis, and management of food allergies and other allergic diseases. Venter received her B.Sc. in Dietetics and Nutrition from the University of the Free State, and her Ph.D. in Food Allergy and Intolerance from the University of Southampton.
