Carol Rosenberg is a military affairs journalist who reports on the United States' Guantanamo Bay detention camps. She is currently a senior reporter at The New York Times. Previously, Rosenberg reported on Guantanamo Bay for the Miami Herald. Before that, she covered events in the Middle East. Rosenberg received her degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where she was a reporter and then Editor-in-Chief of the student newspaper, the Massachusetts Collegian.
